Principles of annual leave
- 30 days is a right, not a privilege. Leave is not granted only at the written request of the soldier.
- At least 15 days continuously. The main leave can be divided into parts, but the first part is from 15 days.
- Full health care + wellness. During vacation, health insurance is paid, plus up to 1 month's salary for recovery every year.
- The road does not "steal" the vacation: up to 4 days on the road are more than vacation.
