This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for the collection, use, storage and protection of personal information user data of the website of the 3rd Mechanized Battalion of the 160th Mechanized Brigade Armed Forces of Ukraine (hereinafter — "Battalion", "We", "Operator").

Data is collected exclusively through the application form for joining the Battalion.

• To recruiters and officers of the personnel service of the Battalion
• Battalion command to make decisions about enlistment

• 3 years from the moment of application — for persons who were not accepted for service
• The entire period of military service and 5 years after its completion — for military personnel

After the storage period expires, the data is destroyed or anonymized.
