What does GH consist of?
GH = base rate (≈20,000 ₴) + additional payment for area/character of tasks. Estimated averages by zone:
- Rear: 30,000 ₴ (basic 20,000 + 10,000 surcharge) — logisticians, clerks, mechanics outside the combat zone.
- Management and provision: 50,000 ₴ — in frontline areas.
- Command points: 70,000 ₴ — in the area of hostilities.
- Battle positions: 120,000 ₴ — pilots UAV, operators, artillery, EW.
